POSITION DESCRIPTION
Within the project management team, the successful candidate will have to:
- Take charge, plan, organize and complete the construction work of the company which will be entrusted to him by carrying out all the required tasks such as:
- Find and retain the services of subcontractors by carrying out calls for tenders and contractual agreements;
- Monitor contracts and service provision;
- Calculations of quantities, orders and management of delivery of materials.
- Support other project managers, superintendents and foremen with workforce planning;
- Ensure record keeping in collaboration with the administration team;
- Monitor budgets and prepare work progress;
- Define and monitor deadlines.
PROFILE WANTED
- BAC or Technical with experience in architecture, civil engineering or building mechanics;
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience required;
- Skill in SmartUse, Office, Windows;
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, civil and mechanical plans;
- Personal or professional experience in construction, an asset.
