What we're looking for

  • Education: DEC in administrative techniques, accounting, and management, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll and HR administration
  • Knowledge: Quebec and Ontario labour and tax laws, year-end processes, CPA training an asset

  • Languages: Fluent in French and English, spoken and written (team based in Quebec, Ontario, and the U.S.)

You'll thrive here if you're: Autonomous, meticulous, discreet, team-oriented, and great at juggling deadlines with a smile.

Why join us?

  • A varied role where no two days look the same
  • A collaborative, people-first HR team
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility and office connection
  • The chance to make a direct impact on employee wellbeing — from payroll to team celebrations
