Dessin des plans 2D (masse, coupes, détail sur AutoCAD LT) et des P&ID à signer sceller.
Réalisation de maquettes 3D (AutoCAD Plant 3D).
Préparation des architectures réseaux et électriques.
Edition de nomenclatures (listes de lignes tuyauterie, liste de moteurs, listes d’entrée/sortie des panneaux de contrôle).
Rédaction de devis pour construction des ouvrages de procédé.

Consultation de fournisseurs d’équipements procédés

Rédaction des spécifications techniques.
Négociations des prix pour les achats suivants : Pompes, broyeurs, gazomètres, presses, à vis, trémie, agitateurs, échangeurs, robinetterie, instruments, panneaux de contrôle.

Suivi de chantier

Vérification que les ouvrages sont réalisés en conformité avec les plans émis.
Participation aux réunions de chantier.
Coordination des livraisons des équipements fournis par Naskeo.

Suivi de mise en service des unités

Coordination des électriciens, mécaniciens, metteur en route.
