Assurer la coordination complète des opérations de location et contribuer progressivement au développement du volet conversion.

Ce poste vise à structurer et faire évoluer les opérations afin de permettre au propriétaire de se concentrer sur le développement de l’entreprise. Vous aurez donc un haut niveau d’autonomie dans un cadre évolutif !

Responsabilités principales

1. Expérience client – location et conversion (avant, pendant, après)

Répondre aux appels et courriels
Gérer les réservations et le calendrier
Assurer les suivis pré-départ, pendant la location et au retour
Encadrer les départs et retours de véhicules
Gérer les imprévus et situations urgentes

2. Coordination des opérations de location

Organisation logistique des départs et retours
Coordination avec la personne responsable de l’entretien
Vérification de l’état général des vans
Préparation des véhicules (au besoin, notamment en haute saison)
Maintien d’un standard de qualité uniforme

3. Structuration et amélioration des processus

Mise en place de checklists et procédures simples
Standardisation des réponses et suivis clients
Optimisation des outils de gestion et du tableau de bord
Documentation des façons de faire pour assurer la continuité

4. Soutien au volet conversion

Approvisionnement en matériel et pièces
Organisation des systèmes de classement
Soutien logistique au technicien
Participation à l’amélioration des processus d’aménagement

5. Contribution à l’évolution de l’entreprise

Coordination avec fournisseurs
Gestion des priorités quotidiennes
Soutien aux décisions opérationnelles
