Delivery driver

Job Description:

Desjardins Ford Auto Collection is looking for a New Vehicle Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. Do you have excellent organizational and planning skills? Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for delivery (visual inspection, documentation)
• Greet customers upon delivery of their new vehicle
• Explain vehicle features clearly and professionally
• Connect manufacturer applications and customers' mobile devices (explaining vehicle equipment and screens)
• Ensure all delivery documents are completed and signed correctly
• Follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with sales consultants, finance managers, and the service department for seamless coordination
• Maintain up-to-date customer records in the internal system

Prerequisites for Job Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver's license; Enjoy interacting with people and have excellent interpersonal skills; Comfortable with technology; Organized and able to manage multiple deliveries per day; Professional appearance and positive attitude.
