What would your role be?
You will form a team with the HR director and support her in all areas of human resources management (recruitment, integration of new employees, training management, group insurance management, internal communication, development organizational management, HR metrics management, HR marketing, change management, etc.). All your ideas to optimize our ways of doing things are welcome!
What would be your responsibilities?
- Manage all recruitment and sourcing (from the agreement with the manager to the final selection of the candidate, including the job description, job posting, negotiation with headhunters, etc.). Monitoring is done with our BambooHR HRIS software;
- Administer and improve the employer brand as well as visibility with potential candidates (social networks, career days, presentation of the company in educational institutions, blog, etc.);
- Support managers in the application of human resources strategies in line with the organizational vision and the team's objectives (especially with internal clients);
- Act as a facilitator in change management;
- Identify, analyze and respond to internal training needs (Maestro University, informative lunchtimes, etc.);
- Analyze human resources indicators in order to establish strategies that will have a positive impact on business objectives and ensure that these indicators are kept up to date;
- Manage HR administrative aspects such as group insurance files, benefits, employee files and others;
- Write in French and English non-technical business documents, presentations, internal press releases, etc. ;
- Support management in all specific projects ;
- And the most fun, finding practical and exciting ways to improve our practices 😊!
What are your strengths? You are proud to offer…
- A bachelor's degree in human resources/industrial relations or relevant discipline;
- 5 years of relevant experience in HRM;
- A great sense of initiative;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Exercise good judgment, tact and discretion to maintain confidentiality;
- Possesses a positive attitude and great open-mindedness towards new projects and challenges;
- Demonstrate a sense of accountability by prioritizing all requests and taking charge of files
- Excellent communication skills, in French and English (oral and written);
