Tasks and responsibilities

As a mechanic at Urgences-santé, you will report to the mechanical sector manager and will perform the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of mechanical and electronic systems and components of vehicles and various equipment.

You must express full availability 7 days a week, day, evening, night and one (1) weekend out of two (2) for a period of four (4) months. Shifts are ten (10) hours. You will be called upon to work at our three (3) operational centers located in Saint-Léonard, LaSalle and Laval.

Prerequisites

Are you interested in the opportunity?

The job is within your reach if you have the following profile:

• Hold a vocational studies diploma (DEP) in automotive mechanics, diesel mechanics, heavy vehicle mechanics or construction equipment mechanics;
• Hold a valid driver's license;
• Be independent, resourceful and concerned about customer service;
• Provide your trunk and tools according to the responsibilities mentioned above;
• Have the ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of computerized tools, such as maintenance software and diagnostic tools (asset);
• Have experience in mechanics, preferably in diesel, as well as experience in electricity or mechanics of light and medium trucks constitutes (asset);
• Hold the P.E.P card (asset).
