Responsibilities

Reporting to the Human Resources Talent Experience Coordinator, the Human Resources Advisor provides support to the existing team and participates in human resources projects. His/her work involves the following actions:

Prepare and send out documents required for the induction and integration of new employees;
Help welcome employees and candidates, and respond to general inquiries;
Carry out job postings at the various sites;
Analyze curricula vitae to validate their eligibility while respecting requirements, qualifications and the various collective agreements;
Ensure administrative follow-up and the process related to the hiring of personnel and employee files in accordance with the deadlines set out in the collective agreements, and process the file;
Draft letters (offers, contracts);
Provide payroll support;
Ensure quality of information in computer system and employee files;
Prepare documentation for training activities;
Management of CNESST and disability files;
Participate in and format PowerPoint presentations to employees;
Ensure workforce plan compliance;
Ensure file archiving and filing management;
Assist the Labor Relations Committee in preparing minutes;

Participate in the development of various HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding employment, working conditions, compensation, occupational health and safety.
Work closely with other departments such as management, finance and operations to ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall organizational objectives.
Any other related duties

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources management or other relevant discipline;
At least 2 years' work experience in human resources;
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, analytical skills;
Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks;
Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
Ability to work with discretion and respect for confidential information;
Versatility and flexibility.
