Warehouse Coordinator

Based in Montreal, NūMove is a manufacturer and integrator of robotic systems and industrial automation solutions. We develop robust and innovative technologies thanks to our expertise in design, programming, software development and artificial vision.

We assemble and program our systems directly in our 32,000 square foot workshop before commissioning them at our customers' premises. Warehouse Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Coordinator will have the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support inventory management and order preparation operations;
  • Responsible for daily and weekly objectives established with his/her immediate superior;
  • Participate in and implement continuous improvement projects;
  • Take charge of an aspect of logistics tasks;
  • Involvement in production and inventory planning;
  • Representative during daily project meetings;
  • Work closely with the various project teams and engineering in their production and inventory needs;
  • Analyze, propose and participate in problem solving;
  • Respect and ensure monitoring of health and safety standards established by NūMove;
  • Support the warehouse supervisor when necessary;

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Hold a DEC in a Cegep or an equivalent diploma
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Hold a forklift driver's license;
  • Hold a driver's license;
  • Perfect knowledge of French;
  • Functional English, given the nature of the position, interaction with our customers in the United States and English Canada;
  • Good knowledge of computers and Office suite;
  • Knowledge of machining (an asset);
  • Knowledge of basic programming (an asset).
